- Click ‘Meetings’ from the navigation menu
- Click ‘Add’
- Select ‘Department’
- Select ‘Meeting Type’
- Click ‘Next’
- Click ‘Blank Template’ (Note: You can create Meeting Templates with certain agenda items. This can save you time if the are recurring meetings)
- Click ‘Next’
- Add ‘Date’ & ‘Start Time’
- Toggle ‘Send Reminder’ if you want recipients to get a reminder
- Toggle ‘Repeat Meeting’ if it is recurring
- Click ‘Submit’
