  1. Click ‘Meetings’ from the navigation menu
  2. Click ‘Add’
  3. Select ‘Department’
  4. Select ‘Meeting Type’
  5. Click ‘Next’
  6. Click ‘Blank Template’ (Note: You can create Meeting Templates with certain agenda items. This can save you time if the are recurring meetings)
  7. Click ‘Next’
  8. Add ‘Date’ & ‘Start Time’
  9. Toggle ‘Send Reminder’ if you want recipients to get a reminder
  10. Toggle ‘Repeat Meeting’ if it is recurring
  11. Click ‘Submit’
